Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
1. General
Elipaz Software ("Elipaz", "we" or "us") works to make the website www.elipaz.com accessible to all users, including people with disabilities, so that they can use it independently and on an equal basis. This statement describes the accessibility arrangements on the Site, the known accessibility limitations and how to contact us about accessibility.
2. Accessibility level
The Site is built and maintained with the aim of meeting regulation 35 of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013, and Israeli Standard IS 5568 on the accessibility of web content, which is based on the WCAG 2.0 guidelines, at level AA.
In October 2026 we reviewed the accessibility of the Site's Hebrew and English pages. The Site meets the requirements in part, and the review found gaps that are listed in section 4. We are working to fix them.
3. Accessibility arrangements on the Site
3.1 The accessibility menu
Every page of the Site has an accessibility button marked with a person icon. On Hebrew pages it is on the left side of the screen and on English pages on the right side, and on phones it is in the bottom corner. The button opens a menu with the following options:
- Larger text and Smaller text: change the text size on the page, up to two steps larger or one step smaller.
- High contrast: black text on a white background, with links in blue.
- Inverted colors: inverts the colors of the page without inverting images and videos.
- Light background: a white background with dark text across the page.
- Highlight links: an underline and a yellow background for all links.
- Highlight headings: a frame around the headings on the page.
- Readable font: a simpler font, with wider spacing between letters, words and lines.
- Big cursor: a larger mouse pointer.
- Pause animations: stops animations and transitions that are based on the page styling.
- Skip to main content: moves directly to the main content of the page.
- Reset: returns all settings to their initial state.
- Accessibility statement: a link to this statement.
The settings you choose are saved in your browser and stay in effect across pages and on later visits. The Esc key closes the menu. The menu does not replace assistive technologies, such as a screen reader or the magnifier of your operating system.
3.2 Further adjustments
- The Site is displayed right to left in Hebrew and left to right in English, and the language of each page is set in its code so that screen readers read it in the correct language.
- Every page has a title, and images that convey information have alternative text. Images that are purely decorative are marked so that screen readers skip them.
- You can navigate the Site with the keyboard: Tab and Shift+Tab to move between links, buttons and fields, Enter to activate a link or button, and Esc to close windows.
- The main content of each page is marked as the main region, so screen readers can jump to it. You can also skip to it from the accessibility menu.
- The slider at the top of the home page has a button that stops the automatic change of slides.
- The Site adapts to different screen sizes, on computers and phones.
- In forms, error messages appear as text next to the field, the field is marked, and the focus moves to it. The message on the result of sending a form is announced by screen readers.
- The Google reCAPTCHA check on the Site does not require solving a puzzle or identifying images.
- Pop-up windows on the Site (such as the "write to us" window on the service pages) open with the focus inside them, close with the Esc key and return the focus to where you were.
3.3 Browsers and assistive technologies
The Site is intended for current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, on computers and phones, and for use with common screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver and TalkBack. In old or uncommon browsers, some adjustments may not work as expected.
4. Known accessibility limitations
Some parts of the Site are not yet fully accessible. These are the main gaps we found:
4.1 Findings on the Site
- In the contact forms, the fields are identified only by text shown inside the field, which disappears when you type, and some fields (for example the message field on the home page) have no name that screen readers can announce. Error messages are shown next to the field but are not linked to it, so screen readers do not announce them when the focus moves to the field.
- On many links and buttons, the keyboard focus position is not clearly marked.
- The "Services" submenu in the main menu opens only on mouse hover. With the keyboard, you can reach all services through the services page and the links at the bottom of the page.
- There is no "skip to content" link at the top of the page, and the accessibility button is at the end of the keyboard navigation order. The "Skip to footer" option in the accessibility menu does not work at the moment.
- When the accessibility menu is closed, its buttons still receive keyboard focus, although they are not visible.
- The home page has no main heading, and the heading levels on some pages do not match the structure of the content.
- The button that opens the menu on phones, and the buttons that open its submenus, have no name that screen readers can announce.
- Some labels intended for screen readers are in a different language from the page. For example, the button that stops the slider is in English on Hebrew pages, and the Waze navigation link is in Hebrew on English pages. The browser titles of some Hebrew pages are also in English.
- Two slides in the home page slider have "Read More" and "Learn More" buttons that do not lead to another page.
- The animated WhatsApp icon in the corner of the screen plays continuously, and the "Pause animations" option in the accessibility menu does not stop it or other script-based animations. The home page slider can be stopped with its own button.
4.2 Third-party content and services
- Google reCAPTCHA: the check runs in the background and does not require any action, but it sometimes blocks a form even when the sender is not automated software. If this happens, you can contact us by phone or email.
- The Waze navigation link, the WhatsApp button and the links to social networks lead to external services that open in a new tab, and their accessibility is the responsibility of their operators.
- Components loaded from external services, such as fonts and icons, may change without our control.
4.3 The Studio and the job application wizard
- The Studio shows clients designs and drafts of their projects as they were delivered for review. These designs are work in progress and may not yet meet the accessibility standard. Accessibility work on them is done as part of the project and in line with the agreement with the client.
- In the Studio, commenting on a specific element of a design requires selecting the element with a mouse or by touch. With the keyboard, you can write a general comment on the page and describe the element in it.
- The Studio, the jobs page and the application wizard are available in Hebrew only.
- Applying for a job requires verification with a code sent by email and a code sent by SMS, and each code is valid for 10 minutes. If it is hard for you to complete the verification or the form, contact us and we will arrange another way to apply.
If you come across a problem that is not listed here, please tell us about it (section 6).
5. Accessibility of our office
Our office is at HaNagar 24, Floor 6, Hod HaSharon. Visits to the office are by appointment only. Accessibility arrangements for a visit can be coordinated in advance: please tell us what you need when you schedule the visit.
